Life Long Learning
Memory, reasoning, tasks such as critical thinking and problem solving are important as a we construct meaning from new information and try to fit into what we already know. Technology has changed dramatically in recent years and as educators/life long learners keeping up with the changes is an important learning mission. Research indicates that self efficacy influences choices people make, the amount of effort expended, perseverance in the face of difficulties, thought patterns and emotional reactions; all of which effect the quality and quantity of life long learning.
